At Manor Game Room, we are committed to ensuring a seamless delivery experience for our customers. Please review the following shipping details carefully before placing your order.

Order Confirmation

  • Immediate Acknowledgment: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, indicating that your order has been received and your payment authorized.
  • Stock Verification: We promptly verify the availability of your item. If the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will notify you via email regarding next steps or to process a refund.
  • Order Processing: For items in stock, we will process your order for shipment.

Order Shipment

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Transit Time: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination.
  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking details within six business days, please contact us at info@manorgameroom.com.
  • We do not ship outside the USA.

Shipping Methods and Options

  • Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $100 will incur a shipping charge calculated at checkout.
  • Freight Shipments: Most game tables and other large items ship via freight due to their size and weight. Freight delivery differs from standard parcel services; please review the following options:
    • Curbside Delivery: The item is delivered to your curb. You are responsible for moving it inside and assembly.
    • Threshold Delivery: The item is delivered to your porch or garage.
    • White Glove Delivery: Includes delivery to your room of choice, minor assembly, and removal of packaging materials.

Note: Not all products are eligible for upgraded shipping options. Please contact our customer service to confirm availability and associated costs.

Delivery and Assembly

  • Customer Responsibility: Standard delivery does not include setup or assembly. We recommend arranging professional installation locally if needed.
  • Product Fit: Ensure that the product dimensions align with your space and that it can maneuver through entryways. Returns due to sizing issues will be the customer's responsibility.

Receiving Instructions

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Carefully inspect all items upon delivery. Note any damages or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Reporting Damage: If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us immediately at info@manorgameroom.com with photos and a description of the issue.
